Believers of the Most High Yahweh, put off the old leaven and walk as the King you profess to believe in

02/05/2011

To the Most High who is everlasting to everlasting, the Alef and the Tav Whose Kingdom and Word is forever and will never pass away.  Through Whom all mankind has been given HOPE, PEACE and JOY in the troubled times that lie ahead.  Our Messiah Yahshua/Jesus Christ is not far off but ever near and present in times of need and trouble.  All the glory to our King who is the King above all kings and the Name that is above every name.
The Father, by His Spirit, shows us step by step apart of the puzzle and so as we share, we gain revelation, knowledge, wisdom and understanding.  I would like to impart the piece of the puzzle the Father, by His Grace, has shared with me as His servant.
We are all well aware that prophecy is unfolding before our very eyes and will continue to unfold.  As troubled times increase around us, may we begin to draw close to the Father and our Messiah Yahshua/Jesus.  May we reflect on our own lives, being found doing what the Father has called us to do and being obedient to His Word.
In the Scriptures version of the Bible – Joel 2:11 – Mighty is the army of Yahweh/God, the DOERS of His Word.
It is profound how the Father is restoring His Word in the body of Messiah and not to only consider the Blood of Yahshua/Jesus as important but the fact that we need to obey His Word and not the traditions of men.
After reading the following sms from a family member and a dear person who is very close to my heart, I felt the revelation of the following message unfold in my heart by His Spirit.
SMS from family member
·         God created men in His image to be holy not to sin.
·         40yrs Moses warned the people and they didn’t listen.
·         They didn’t follow His instruction.
·         Jesus’s purpose was to take away the sin of the world.
·         God condemned sin in the flesh.
·         We have a New Covenant so we are not slaves of sin.
·         Paul was concerned about the sin.
·         A little leaven leavens all.
·         We can speak all the promises of God and miss it if we don’t repent and live holy.
·         What shall we do?
·         REPENT and look at God’s blessings and don’t hide in His love and grace/truth.
·         Grace doesn’t cover sin, its our hearts that has to be changed!
·         God still hates sin everywhere, God hasn’t changed.
·         Christens need to repent and allow God to work in us and do for us, bring us to our knees and loose our life/die to self/me/I/my, to many Christians walk in the flesh not the Spirit!
·         God wants to mould and break us from us.
·         Too much sin in the church.
·         God wants to use us.
·         GROW.

This morning, as my husband and I were driving on the way to work, we asked Abba Father what we should read in His Word and He gave us Daniel Chapter 9 and Romans 8 which confirms the above sms sent to us.

Throughout the scriptures we are faced with the truth that Yahweh’s/God’s righteousness requires judgement to be sentenced against any nation that has disobeyed His Torah/Teachings/Instructions/His Word/The Bible i.e Nineveh, Israel in the desert, Sodom + Gomorrah etc.  Yahweh sent His prophets to warn the people to repent of their sins and to TURN BACK to His Torah/Commandments etc.  If they did not, His fire of Judgment would come against that city or people.  Yes, I believe with all of my heart that Yahshua/Jesus is the One through Whom we receive salvation but the scripture goes further on to say that we all need to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling.  Once we are saved, confessing Yahshua in our hearts and on our lips, we are then to obey His teachings.  Paul understood according to Romans 6 + 7 that in His own flesh He was too weak to walk in the teachings and commandments of the Almighty but with the Grace of Yahshua/Jesus Blood, we are no longer put to death if we transgress the commandments but rather we can ask forgiveness.  Paul goes on to say that it is only by the Torah/Commandments that He understood what sin was and should we nullify the Torah/Law/Teachings because of Grace, let it not be, but rather we establish it/the Torah/the commandments.

Im sorry to say, but many believers, no matter what group your apart of, many are professing the very Messiah they don’t follow.  Many are smelling and looking like the world but not doing what our Teacher told us to do.  Talking the talk but not walking the walk.  In Revelations it explains that the Bride has MADE HERSELF READY for the return of her Groom, are you ready to meet your Maker?

A TIME OF REPENTANCE AND PRAYER

As Daniel, we must humble ourselves before the King of Glory and repent of any disobedience against His Word and by the Blood of the Lamb receive the grace and forgiveness He has freely given.  We must then take a stand and have a change of heart and attitude to walk in obedience to His Word/Teachings. We must stand in the gap for the people of the world that they too would be stirred up in their hearts to turn back to Yahweh, Yahshua and receive salvation that has been freely given.

The scripture says in Matthew that we are to take the plank out of our own eye first before noticing the splinter in another.  To make a change around us, we have to start with ourselves.  According to scripture, judgment always comes to the house of Yahweh first.  Yahshua/Jesus desires all men to be saved and that none should perish.

Daniel Ch 9 V 3 -4
3 Then I set my face toward the Lord God to make request by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes. 4 And I prayed to the LORD my God, and made confession, and said, “O Lord, great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and mercy with those who love Him, and with those who keep His commandments, 5 we have sinned and committed iniquity, we have done wickedly and rebelled, even by departing from Your precepts and Your judgments. 6 Neither have we heeded Your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your name to our kings and our princes, to our fathers and all the people of the land. 7 O Lord, righteousness belongs to You, but to us shame of face, as it is this day—to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Israel (whoever believes on the Name of Yahshua/Jesus, is grafted in as a wild olive branch and is apart of the physical and spiritual Israel – Romans11), those near and those far off in all the countries to which You have driven them, because of the unfaithfulness which they have committed against You. 8 “O Lord, to us belongs shame of face, to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, because we have sinned against You. 9 To the Lord our God belong mercy and forgiveness, though we have rebelled against Him. 10 We have not obeyed the voice of the LORD our God, to walk in His laws, which He set before us by His servants the prophets. 11 Yes, all Israel has transgressed Your law, and has departed so as not to obey Your voice; therefore the curse and the oath written in the Law of Moses the servant of God have been poured out on us, because we have sinned against Him.
Deuteronomy 11:13
‘And it shall be that if you earnestly obey My commandments which I command you today, to love the LORD your God and serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul,
Remember what Yahshua/Jesus said:

John 14:15

15 If you love Me, keep My commandments.

John 14:23
23 Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.

Revelation 14:12
12 Here is the patience of the saints; here are those[a] who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
Having faith in Messiah Yahshua/Jesus and obeying His teachings and commandments go hand in hand.
Walking in the Spirit is walking in His Word
Romans 8
3 For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, 4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. 5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. 8 So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
Romans 7
7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! On the contrary, I would not have known sin except through the law. For I would not have known covetousness unless the law had said, “You shall not covet.”[a] 8 But sin, taking opportunity by the commandment, produced in me all manner of evil desire. For apart from the law sin was dead. 9 I was alive once without the law, but when the commandment came, sin revived and I died. 10 And the commandment, which was to bring life, I found to bring death. 11 For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it killed me. 12 Therefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good.

14 For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am carnal, sold under sin. 15 For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do. 16 If, then, I do what I will not to do, I agree with the law that it is good.

Does scripture not say that if we disobey His Word that it leads to sin and sin to death.  Galatians 5 shows us what the fruits of the flesh are and what the fruits of the Spirit are.  Do you know that every single one of the fruits of the spirit can be linked to a commandment in the Old Testament likewise with the flesh.
Let us choose today to get rid of the old leaven in our lives and live set-apart as He is set-apart and choose to make a difference in our lives first and then in others.  If you need to forgive then forgive, if you need to kick a habit that controls your life, trust in Him for the strength to do so.  Allow change to take place in your heart first, choose to walk in the commandments of the very King you profess as your Messiah and allow the fruits to blossom.
I love you with the love of Messiah and I thank Him for the daily strength to walk this walk.  No man can walk on His own and that is why we must encourage one another, read the Word and pray for one another.  Don’t drop your shield or your sword and don’t fall asleep this last hour!
Amein!

Daniel CH 9
Daniel’s Prayer for the People
1 In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the lineage of the Medes, who was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans— 2 in the first year of his reign I, Daniel, understood by the books the number of the years specified by the word of the LORD through Jeremiah the prophet, that He would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.3 Then I set my face toward the Lord God to make request by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes. 7 O Lord, righteousness belongs to You, but to us shame of face, as it is this day—to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Israel, those near and those far off in all the countries to which You have driven them, because of the unfaithfulness which they have committed against You. 12 And He has confirmed His words, which He spoke against us and against our judges who judged us, by bringing upon us a great disaster; for under the whole heaven such has never been done as what has been done to Jerusalem. 13 “As it is written in the Law of Moses, all this disaster has come upon us; yet we have not made our prayer before the LORD our God, that we might turn from our iniquities and understand Your truth. 14 Therefore the LORD has kept the disaster in mind, and brought it upon us; for the LORD our God is righteous in all the works which He does, though we have not obeyed His voice. 15 And now, O Lord our God, who brought Your people out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and made Yourself a name, as it is this day—we have sinned, we have done wickedly! 16 “O Lord, according to all Your righteousness, I pray, let Your anger and Your fury be turned away from Your city Jerusalem, Your holy mountain; because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and Your people are a reproach to all those around us. 17 Now therefore, our God, hear the prayer of Your servant, and his supplications, and for the Lord’s sake cause Your face to shine on Your sanctuary, which is desolate. 18 O my God, incline Your ear and hear; open Your eyes and see our desolations, and the city which is called by Your name; for we do not present our supplications before You because of our righteous deeds, but because of Your great mercies. 19 O Lord, hear! O Lord, forgive! O Lord, listen and act! Do not delay for Your own sake, my God, for Your city and Your people are called by Your name.”

The Seventy-Weeks Prophecy
20 Now while I was speaking, praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God for the holy mountain of my God, 21 yes, while I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, reached me about the time of the evening offering. 22 And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, “O Daniel, I have now come forth to give you skill to understand. 23 At the beginning of your supplications the command went out, and I have come to tell you, for you are greatly beloved; therefore consider the matter, and understand the vision:

24 “ Seventy weeks[a] are determined
For your people and for your holy city,
      To finish the transgression,
      To make an end of
[b] sins,
      To make reconciliation for iniquity,
      To bring in everlasting righteousness,
To seal up vision and prophecy,
And to anoint the Most Holy.

25 “ Know therefore and understand,
That from the going forth of the command
      To restore and build Jerusalem
      Until Messiah the Prince,
      There shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks;
      The street
[c] shall be built again, and the wall,[d]
      Even in troublesome times.

26 “ And after the sixty-two weeks
      Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself;
And the people of the prince who is to come
Shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.
The end of it shall be with a flood,
And till the end of the war desolations are determined.

27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;
But in the middle of the week
He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.
And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate,
Even until the consummation, which is determined,
Is poured out on the desolate.”

Romans 8
Free from Indwelling Sin
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus,[a] who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 8 So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. 10 And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

Sonship Through the Spirit
12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. 13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. 15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.

From Suffering to Glory
18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; 21 because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. 23 Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. 24 For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance. 26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us[b] with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God. 28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. 29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

God’s Everlasting Love
31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written:

      “ For Your sake we are killed all day long;
We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”
[c]
37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
