 Josie's Comment:  The Fruit of Your Prayerful "Plowing"Proverbs 27:18    Whoever keeps the fig tree (Israel ) will eat of its fruit.  As we all know, there is much work to be done for Israel’s restoration and salvation. We read in Acts 3:21 that the return of the Messiah will not take place until the "times of restoration" of all that the prophets prophesied, has come to pass.

I see this work of restoration like “plowing”   What does plowing mean? …  referring to a farmland when  the soil is being plowed, it is broken up, turned over, tilled, stirred.   The Lord is looking for spiritual plowers.  What is a plower in the natural ? -  one who leads or guides  the plow ( a piece of equipment used in farming) . The plow turns the soil in preparation for the planting of the seeds.   We are the “plowers” and our plow is the word of God.  The “plowing” for Israel is surely in process.   The field is getting ripe for the harvest.

The Lord of the Harvest Himself said about His people, through the prophet Ezekiel  in Ezekiel 36:9  For indeed I am for you , and I will turn to you and you shall be tilled and sown.
Plowing spiritually is preparing a spiritual highway, preparing the way for the Jewish people, for Jewish hearts to be tilled, and stirred ready to have seeds of truth planted and then for the rain of the Spirit to soak in and bring  fruits of salvation, revelation and truth  We are plowing spiritually by our prayer and intercession.  Plowing is hard work and at times can get tedious, but we  need to keep plowing. If a farmer stops his work before the harvest is ready, he will never see his harvest. 
 Plowing spiritually, through prayer and intercession will bring in a harvest of Jewish souls, it will bring Jewish people home to Israel, (Aliyah)  it will prepare their hearts to listen when we speak to them and pray for them, it will cause them to see and know their Messiah.

If we take a quick look at Nehemiah 4:16-19 it speaks about the people rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. The enemies of Israel, were once again opposing the plans and purposes of God, and the builders.   They were threatening to impede the process of  building.  This is exactly what is happening again today. The builders,  therefore, needed to have in one hand weapons and the other hand their tools. Weapons to defend themselves and tools to do the work.

As we "build" the kingdom of God, our weapons today are the word of God, worship, intercession, praise, prayer, the blood and name of Yeshua our Messiah.  Our tools are assisting Israel, in practical ways - coming to volunteer here in the land, helping with Aliyah, visiting the land to walk and pray throughout the land, ministering to the people on the streets, planting seeds of hope, praying for them, assisting in financial ways, being a "voice-piece" for Israel.   "Plowing" and "Building" for the kingdom of God, are one in the same .

We all have a choice to bless or curse, life and death is in the power of the tongue, either saltwater will come forth, or spring water will come forth from our mouths .  The Lord of the Harvest says in Deuteronomy 30:19 Choose this day life or death,  blessing or curse. Most of us have chosen life and to bless His nation and people, and as it is written in Genesis 12:3  if we bless Israel we will be blessed.   This scripture I believe beautifully blends with the scripture in  Proverbs 27:18  Whoever keeps the fig tree (Israel ) will eat of its fruit.  The blessings for Israel, are for the non Jewish people also, if they are grafted in and are assisting the Fig Tree (Israel) to help her arrive at her season of fruitfulness and harvest,  they too, will eat of her "fruits" (blessings)  The ultimate blessing will be the return of the Messiah to re-establish the Kingdom of God in Jerusalem.

I want to thank all of you that are “plowers” and "builders"  for Israel.  Thank you to those that have been “plowing” and "building" on behalf of Israel for decades, helping to plow Israel into her fruitful place of salvation. As we take a hold of the plow and pick up our weapons and tools we will not look back, but look up,  and forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead Philippians 3:13
The field of Israel is getting ripe for the harvest. Your labors are not in vein.  May the Lord continue to strengthen each one of us to press on, as we continue "building the walls" and "plowing in the field " of the Lord of the Harvest !   In return David and I continue to pray that you will reap and enjoy much fruit from the "Fig Tree" (Israel ) .
 The Lord bless you as you bless Israel by standing in defense of her right to exist on the land given to the Jewish people by the God of Israel.  Lets pray that Israel will turn back to their God.  Do not be silent, but share this with your fellow Christians, share it with your pastors, and with anyone you have a chance to speak to. Lets also pray for that breakthrough to the Muslims,  and please remember to pray for all of the soldiers in the IDF -they are defending and fighting for the Kingdom of God.Shabbat Shalom .... In first new disclosures on the storming of Israel's Cairo embassy which started Friday night, Sept. 9, debkafile's counter-terror sources reveal that the mob was led by the terrorist Jama'a al-Islamiya, the Egyptian founding branch of Al Qaeda, and two other radical Egyptian Islamist groups.  The February 1993 car bombing of the World Trade Center of New York, which was the forerunner of the Sept. 11, 2001 atrocities, was an early Jama'a operation under the al Qaeda label.  Closely linked to Osama bin Laden's successor, Ayman al Zawahri, Jama'a al-Islamiya is now running for election in post-Mubarak Egypt.
Its mentor is the "blind sheikh" Omar Abdel Rahman, who is serving a life sentence for masterminding the first World Trade Center bombing. Jama'a adherents stormed the Israeli embassy Friday night along with activists of the Muslim Brotherhood and the Egyptian Students April 6 Movement.
   Debkafile's intelligence sources also reveal that Egyptian security forces delayed for eight hours before tackling the mob smashing into the embassy building and rampaging inside – even after US Ambassador Anne Patterson interceded on behalf of the six Israel security officers barricaded in the embassy's security room as the rabble battered on its steel door.   She acted to save their lives on direct orders from President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton after Ambassador Yitzhak Levanon and 80 members of staff and families had been collected from their homes and lifted out of Egypt by two Israeli military planes.  The Egyptian authorities only tackled the mob when violent groups broke into police headquarters in the upscale Giza district, stripped the gunroom and shared the weapons among themselves before returning to the street.  Before that, the local police stood by and watched them sacking and burning the embassy without moving.   Scared of the rioters, the Egyptian commandos ordered to rescue the six Israelis under threat of lynch, discarded their uniforms and mingled with the crowd.  They then dressed the six Israelis like typical Egyptians and hustled them to safety past a throng of 40,000 howling for Israeli blood.
    During the embassy attack until early Saturday Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu tried unsuccessfully to raise Field Marshall Mohammed Tantawi, head of the Supreme Military Council ruling Egypt, on the phone. Tantawi refused to take his calls. Defense Minister Ehud Barak kept open lines to US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta in Washington and Egyptian intelligence chief Gen. Murad Muwafi in Cairo. At some point, Panetta was patched through to Muwafi through Jerusalem.   1. 2.  Cairo Mob Attacked CNN: 'They Were Animals'   Aruztz 7 News  Sept 11th   CNN journalists described the Friday mob that attacked them during the riot at the Israeli embassy as “animals.” One other journalist was called a spy and almost was raped.  The worldwide news site reported a scene that brought back ugly memories of the gang rape of CBS reporter Lara Logan earlier this year during the Arab spring uprising against the Mubarak regime.   CNN reported that one person in the mob on Friday called Dina Amer, a woman member of another American crew, “a spy.” A  CNN producer who is an Egyptian approached to rescue the woman from the rioters, but “the mob overwhelmed the pair,” the network reported.    "I was thinking, how powerless I was because there was no police to save us," said the producer, Mohammed Fadel Fahmy. "I was worried that they were going to rape her."   Someone shouted to Fahmy that there was a nearby car, and he brought the “spy” into the vehicle, which belonged to a television crew.  “When Margaret Warner, a correspondent with the PBS program ‘Newshour’ managed to get the vehicle moving away from the crowd, men threw stones at the departing vehicle,” the journalist said.   "They were animals," said Amer.   The rioters also attacked Egyptian journalists, including a reporter for Egyptian state television. Many correspondents ran for their lives. Please pray that the rest of the world realises that the radical Muslims are  blood-thirsty animals who are not interested in peace

Turkish PM Wants War With Israel   DebkaFile  Sept 9th    Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan this week coolly moved his country step by provocative step towards an armed clash with Israel not just over the Palestinian issue, but because he covets the gas and oil resources of the eastern Mediterranean opposite Israel's shores.   Thursday night, Sept. 8th, he announced that Turkish warships will escort any Turkish aid vessels for Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. In his remarks to Al Jazeera television, the Turkish prime minister also said he had taken steps "to stop Israel from unilaterally exploiting natural resources from the eastern Mediterranean."  He did not say what steps he had taken. However, for some time now, he has moved mountains to isolate Israel by drawing a double diplomatic noose around it.  If Turkish ships breach the Israeli naval blockade of Gaza, which a UN report last week pronounced legitimate under international law, Erdogan will become the first Muslim leader to embark on military action in the Palestinian cause. The Arab nations which fought Israel time after time in the past will be made to look ineffectual and the Turkish leader the regional big shot. Even Iran would be put in the shade for not daring to provoke Israel as Turkey is.  Erdogan plans to send his warships into this water for two missions:

1. To split the Israel's small Navy into two heads one for sustaining the blockade against Gaza and one for safeguarding the gas and oil rigs opposite its shores.
2.  To scare Israel into the full or partial stoppage of its offshore oil and gas operations, thereby robbing it of energy power status and substantial economic gains. Erdogan is determined never to let Israel overshadow Turkey in the regional stakes and will put a stop to the Jewish state's progress even if military aggression is called for.

    Debkafile's military sources report that the Turkish prime minister is resolved to corner Israel into an inescapable military confrontation. It might not happen at once or even within a week, but it will happen a lot sooner than many Israeli politicians and military chiefs imagine because he is using Israel as his ticket to regional prestige.   From Ankara, the Turkish leader watches the sharing out of Libyan oil as the spoils of war among the Western powers and Qatar as an outsider.  Since he can't pluck up courage to intervene in Syria, he has plumped for seizing eastern Mediterranean natural resources to elevate Turkey's standing. Not only will he snatch the treasure out of Israel's hands but no less important, he will challenge his country's traditional rival Greece whose military ties with Israel are growing stronger.
    As for Washington, Erdogan is counting on President Barack Obama's backing in a military clash with Israel. Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak are less confident of US support. This gives Turkey an edge in a conflict the cost of the passive military policy pursued consistently by Israeli leaders in the face of security threats.   Please pray that Israel will not be caught unprepared for any problems with Turkey
4. New Tech Lets Turkish Planes Label Israel Enemy    Arutz 7 News   Sept 13th      In yet another sign of the deterioration in Israel-Turkish ties, Turkey’s Star Gazete reported Tuesday that the military is installing new technology that will allow warplanes and ships to target Israeli vessels. Previously, Turkish planes, ships and submarines used American technology, which automatically classified Israeli equipment as “friendly.”    The new system, developed in Turkey, will allow the Turkish military to decide which targets to label as friendly.   The switch was pioneered by Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s regime.  
     Also  Turkey dispatched 3 warships to the Eastern Mediterranean to 'defend against Israeli vessels' and ensure 'freedom of navigation' for his country’s ships, Today's Zaman reported.    The move, only the latest in Erdogan's viscious verbal assault  on Israel, comes on the same day  he called Israel's boarding of the Gaza-bound Mavi Marmara in 2010 grounds for war " adding only Turkey's "greatness and patience" had averted conflict.   Please pray that Turkey will not be so foolish to start a war with Israel
5. Hamas Rulers of Gaza Oppose PA's UN Statehood Bid      Arutz 7 News    Sept 15th    The Hamas rulers of Gaza have announced their opposition to the Palestinian Authority bid for recognition at the United Nations as a new country and membership among the international body's ranks.   Senior members of Hamas told the Ma'an news agency this week that the reason is that the statehood bid by the Ramallah-based PA government, led by the rival Fatah faction, would constitute recognition of Israel as a state.   Such recognition is diametrically opposed to the Hamas platform, which refuses to recognize Israel as a legitimate entity, renounce terrorism or uphold prior agreements negotiated by other PA governments. These three conditions were set by the Quartet of peacekeeping nations -- Russia, the United States, the European Union and the United Nations -- as necessary for the resumption of funding to the region. Nevertheless, most of the Quartet members have managed to find loopholes through which to channel monies to the Gaza.  
      The Islamic Jihad  terrorist organization has come out against the PA statehood bid at the United Nations as well. Neither is a member of the PLO umbrella organization that, despite this, claims to be the “sole representative” of “all” Palestinian people worldwide.   Oxford University scholar and former PLO representative Karma Nabulsi is also opposed to the plan, but for different reasons.   Nabulsi told Al Jazeera in an interview, “We have been informed by our officials that the initiative will advance our rights to self-determination. However, as it is currently constructed, this initiative does not actually advance or protect this collective right of the Palestinian people.”   It is the Ramallah-based PA, led by Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, whose term officially expired in January 2009, that is the driving force behind the U.N. initiative, although the PLO will make the formal proposal. The PLO is the official representative of the group to the United Nations.   There are also concerns being expressed by “ex-pats,” both within the PA territories and abroad, that the resolution in its current form “will replace the PLO as our representative at the U.N. with the Palestinian State,” Nabulsi said“Please continue to pray that the Lord will overule the vote if it takes place6. Israel Evacuates Jordan Embassy After Protest Threat    Arutz & News   Sept  15th     Israel evacuated its embassy in Amman, Jordan, late on Wednesday night, after calls by Jordanian activists for a million man near the embassy building.   The Foreign Ministry decided not take a chance that the protests might escalate to a violent riot, such as the one Cairo last week, and made a decision to evacuate the embassy. According to reports in the Israeli media, it was decided to bring the embassy staff back to Israel and a convoy of Israeli diplomats crossed the Allenby Bridge at around midnight local time.   Earlier it was reported that Jordanian protesters are planning a million man march on Thursday.  During the march, which will be entitled “Jordan Will Help Free Palestine,” the protesters are expected to demand that the Israeli Embassy in Amman be shut down.   The call to protest against the Israeli Embassy was made by Jordanian activists but was welcomed among many political parties in Jordan that were quick to announce they would take part in the mass demonstration.   Please pray that this march is a non-event7.  Arabs From Mainstream Village Planned Attacks    Arutz 7 News   Sept 15th     Five Israeli Arabs have been arrested for conspiring to commit terror attacks, it was revealed for publication Thursday. The five, residents of the Galilee village of Daburiya, were arrested last month, and were indicted Thursday on charges of conspiracy to kidnap IDF soldiers and carry out terror attacks.   Among other things, the gang was in advanced stages of planning to kidnap an IDF soldier and a Border Police officer who live in their town, and to steal their weapons. They were then going to use the weapons to attack police stations and other places in Jewish towns in the Galilee.  Far from an isolated village, Daburiya, at the foot of Mt. Tabor in the lower Galilee, is well-known to many Israelis. The suspects themselves also seemed to be part of the greater Israeli community; one suspect, Elkhadar Atrash, 24 was a student until recently at Haifa University, while 20 year old Shadi Ali Fuad Ibrahim is a current student at Israel's prestigious Technion. A third suspect, 21 year old Mahdi Mazalhah, was born in Daburiya but is currently a resident of Abu Ghosh, the large Arab town outside Jerusalem frequented by many Israelis for shopping and dining.
     Under interrogation, the five admitted to being members of the radical Islamic “Salfiya Jihadiya” movement, which preaches outright Jihad against Israel and the West, and demands the institution of Islamic Shariya law everywhere. Atrash set up a website where he distributed articles and posts advocating the views of the movement, and was a close confidante of radical Nazareth preacher Sheikh Natam Sakhfa, the head of the Ansar Allah movement, whose philosophy has long been considered the ideological root of Al Qaeda's view of the world. The movement, headquartered in Nazareth, was recently declared illegal in Israel because of the violence it advocates.Please pray that all such terror plans be revealed and prevented

French banks downgraded as Europe’s debt crisis deepens

The Eurozone crisis is getting plenty of attention in UK political circles. At Prime Minister’s Questions, David Cameron told MPs that “France and Germany are meeting to stop Greece going bankrupt”
We’re not sure that this is exactly what Angela Merkel had in mind yesterday when she said everyone needed to “weigh their words very carefully” to avoid alarming the financial markets.
Deputy prime minister Nick Clegg also devoted part of a speech earlier today to the situation in Europe.

“To quote Christine Lagarde, the new head of the IMF: ‘We are in a dangerous new phase’. A huge rise in oil and food prices. A slowdown in overseas markets. Continued turmoil in the Eurozone. Ongoing uncertainty in the US. Far from a one off shock, the 2008 banking crisis has set off a chain reaction that continues to reverberate around the globe.
In terms of the Eurozone, the real failure has not been the original concept of monetary union. It’s that the rules were never applied stringently enough. The Stability and Growth Pact was actively watered down in 2005, allowing members to wriggle out of their fiscal commitments to each other. Now we are seeing the effects.
But on a day like today, when people are talking openly about the possibility of Greek default, the key question is not: how do we seek to renegotiate the UK’s place in the European Union in a treaty that hasn’t even materialised yet. The single – most important question, the urgent question is what role can we play in helping the Eurozone avoid further turmoil, creating the stability needed for prosperity and jobs – in the Eurozone and in the UK too.”

“War is peace, freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength.” — Big Brother (“1984,” George Orwell).

It looks as though “1984” has arrived, folks, embodied in Agenda 21, an Orwellian scheme to impose a one-world government through the United Nations, and it necessarily shreds our Constitution in the process.

Agenda 21 is a 40-chapter UN document signed by President George H.W. Bush and representatives of 178 countries in Rio de Janeiro at the 1992 Earth Summit. This isn't a conspiracy theory; it is real and out in the open. Search “UN Agenda 21” and get over 3 million hits!

As it turns out, global governance and the ruling elite are bipartisan. Bill Clinton signed Executive Order #12858 in 1993, creating the President's Council on Sustainable Development to carry out Agenda 21 in the U.S. It continued under George W. and is accelerating at breakneck speed under Obama.

We can easily identify Agenda 21 in our communities by recognizing buzzwords which have been hijacked to disguise their true intent. For example, “social justice” means socialism/redistribute the wealth; “consensus” means stifled dissent; “the common good” means individuals have no rights, and “green” or “sustainable” is defined arbitrarily by government entities, thus meaning “government-approved” in Newspeak.

Wake up, Nevada County! Self-appointed “experts” pretend to know more about running our lives than we do! Agenda 21 leads to control of private property, energy, water, and even the air we breathe; food production and what we eat; where we'll live, i.e. stack and pack “human settlement” zones, or even if we'll live.

It means locking up the majority of land and natural resources across America, and labeling it off-limits to humans. It leads to higher prices, sacrifice, shortages, Big Brother, and the redistribution of wealth.

Agenda 21 is being implemented in our communities without public discussion, by a hoard of UN nongovernment organizations (NGOs) with private political agendas. They surround our elected officials and pressure them to accept their policies, by dangling grants and/or threatening lawsuits.

Organizations like ICLEI, the Sierra Club, WWF, and the International Chamber of Commerce are among thousands of UN NGOs. ICLEI or its equivalent quietly holds neighborhood “visioning” sessions, manipulating its victims into reaching a “consensus” oddly similar to that of every other community consensus worldwide.

To add insult to injury, they use our tax dollars to pay for it.

Agenda 21 is the blueprint to turn every community into a “Little Soviet.” Our nation is being transformed into a centrally controlled planned economy, the exact opposite of America's unique republic with its limited government and free markets.

Most trusting Americans, and especially the younger generation — victims themselves of our public education system — will wake up when the regulations are implemented and wonder where their freedom went. This is totalitarianism, and it never ends well. We are in transition and there isn't much time to fight back.

Agenda 21 is akin to a monster attacking every aspect of our lives. Picture a giant octopus in the middle of a city block. Each tentacle invades a different house. Chaos descends on each house with the occupants yelling “Help — giant snake attack!” Little do they realize the big picture — that one monster is in charge, using a multitude of tactics on multiple victims to achieve one goal.

Whether the issue is healthcare, education, forests, food, family farms, water rights, the debt ceiling, war, immigration, smart meters, abortion, ad infinitum, Agenda 21 is literally squeezing us to death. Because we lost the media long ago, most of the populace is unaware. Without the Internet, the rest of us would be clueless.

We have been strategically attacked with a brilliant scheme, whose authors came up with “global warming,” famine, the environment and such to enlist the support of unsuspecting folks to implement their global plans. Articulate, soft-hearted, left-leaning leaders are sought out by the global elite and showered with grant money to implement their scheme — our taxes at work.

These community activists seem sincere because they ARE sincere; they would be horrified to learn that the endgame is control and depopulation, not the environment. They are victims like the rest of us. I call them the pod people. If you don't know what that is, ask an old person!

We have been pitted against each other, black against white, rich against poor, left against right, Muslim against Christian and Jew. The plan is evil and crazy, yet brilliant. We can only grab onto a tentacle as it touches us locally and fight.

Millions of people across this nation are awakening and uniting, from all sides of the political and religious spectrum attempting locally to slay the monster which is global rule by the elite.

America says, “Government derives its just power from the consent of the governed.” Global governance says, “The governed derive their freedom from the consent of the government.” These two philosophies cannot co-exist.

Earthquake rattles Alaska

A 6.1-magnitude earthquake rattled Alaska's Aleutian Islands on Wednesday, US seismologists said, but there were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
The temblor struck about 34 kilometres north-northwest of Attu, Alaska, at around 1810 GMT, according to the US Geological Survey.

The quake struck at a relatively shallow depth of only about one kilometre.
The Aleutian Islands, a chain of more than 300 small volcanic islets off the coast of Alaska in the northern Pacific Ocean, comprise the westernmost territory of the United States.

Guest Comment: Tiny Israel is the Ultimate Rape Victim     By  Victor Sharpe
The world and the national and international mainstream media are eerily silent when Israel and her civilian population are attacked by missiles from Gaza or Lebanon and her people slaughtered by Palestinian terrorists as just occurred.  But if she retaliates, oh my, the same immoral world and mass media scream and condemn her for daring to resist and a predictable anti-Israel censure is issued from that ultimate temple of hypocrisy: the United Nations. Israel is like the rape victim who never receives justice from a series of biased judges.  But it is now even worse for the embattled Jewish state. The most hostile anti-Israel President, Barack Hussein Obama, and a State Department, which is perennially anti-Israel to its core, will never give Israel the green light to finally finish the job by destroying once and for all the murderous terrorists of the Arab and Muslim world.

Does the world care about the tormented Israeli town of Sderot, which is battered relentlessly by missiles from the pitiless Hamas occupied and terrorist infested Gaza Strip? O little town of Sderot, her suffering people live a mere three kilometers from the Gaza Strip. They have only 15 seconds warning from the next incoming barrage of deadly missiles deliberately fired at them by the Arabs who call themselves Palestinians.  Ashkelon, a large city of over 100,000 souls is another nearby target of Palestinian Arab aggression. Rockets slam into her civilian areas routinely and again the world is silent.

Ashdod and Beersheba ­ all major southern Israeli cities came under a heavy rocket offensive from Gaza lasting from Thursday until Sunday night. Jews have died, babies and toddlers have been wounded, a synagogue was hit by a Grad missile and a school all but destroyed. Towns and villages have been struck and their civilians terrorized. Did you hear that on the TV news or read it in the New York Times or Washington Post? If you did it was reported in the fashion that afflicts all news about Israeli suffering: The sin of moral equivalence. In other words, it is a perverse editorial mechanism, which presents the Israeli victim as equal to the Arab victimizer.

Under the latest blatant crime against humanity perpetrated by Hamas, Islamic jihad and Al Qaeda, which terrorized southern Israel, some one million Israelis were under threat as more than 150 Grad and Katyusha missiles from Gaza struck Israeli villages and towns.  By the way, according to reports, many of the lethal Grad missiles were captured from Gaddafi's forces by the so-called rebels in Libya and smuggled into Gaza. These are the same rebels who cried Allahu Akbar, the Islamic war cry, as they stormed into Tripoli. There is the clue to what will be the new Libya: An Islamic state based upon Sharia law and endemically hostile to the non-Muslim world. Thank you, NATO and President Obama.

Where was the mainstream media during the terrifying bombardment of Israeli civilian targets from Gaza? Where was Hillary Clinton, and oh, where was our President? I'll tell you where he was: Laughing it up on a golf course at Martha's Vineyard while our most loyal ally, Israel, suffered grievously and America's economy continued to sink.

The next target will be Tel Aviv, which is a mere 68 kilometers from Gaza. In the north, Hezbollah is even more deadly. They have received from Iran, through Syria, more than 80,000 deadly missiles all aimed at the Jewish state. Some may even be tipped with chemical and biological weapons. The Greater Tel Aviv area contains almost a quarter of Israel's population

When the next war will occur is in doubt but it will occur ­ perhaps sooner than later. Meanwhile when it does, hordes of Muslim Arabs, who call themselves Palestinians, will be called upon by the muezzin at the Al Aksa mosque to kill Jews and Christians wherever they are found in the Holy City. These Muslim drones merely bide their time before committing horror and genocide.

Let me quote partially from a recent article by Giulio Meotti, a journalist with Il Foglio, and the author of the book, A New Shoah: The Untold Story of Israel's Victims of Terrorism.   "Sderot represents the siege on the Jewish people and the resistance of Israel, but it also reveals the rest of the world's indifference to the genocidal hatred that is Jihadism. Some 70% of Israeli children in the Negev show symptoms of trauma, while thousands of children carry physical disabilities from Palestinian bombs.  "There are children who want to constantly stay inside the bunkers, or in the secured rooms of their homes. There are children who don't get out of bed anymore.

"Little is said or written about the incredible courage being shown by the civilian population of Israel, but it is reminiscent of events 70 years ago, Londoners, who had endured the blitz stoically... the people of Israel are equally valiant, going about their daily lives knowing that Arab killers might explode a bomb or rocket in any public place at any time. "For Israel, more alarming than the rocket escalation is an eventual Islamist takeover of the mere six miles that separate Netanya on the Israeli coast from the Palestinian town of Tulkarem. There is an Arab saying about Netanya as the narrowest and most exposed throat of Israel: 'When we hang you, we will hang you from Netanya.'"

If Israel, heaven forbid, should ever succumb to the relentless and genocidal evil that is the Arab and Islamic world, cheered on by the despicable and terminally misguided Amen chorus from much of the morally degraded West, then the world as we know it will forever end and a new and terrible dark age will descend.  When we see how the mainstream media and the international corridors of power are silent in the face of the crimes of the Palestinian terror machine we should hearken to the words from the ancient Jewish Ethics of the Fathers: "He who is kind to the cruel ends by being cruel to the kind."
The Lord bless you as you bless Israel by standing in defense of her right to exist on the land given to the Jewish people by the God of Israel.  Lets pray that Israel will turn back to their God.  Do not be silent, but share this with your fellow Christians, share it with your pastors, and with anyone you have a chance to speak to. Lets also pray for that breakthrough to the Muslims,  and please remember to pray for all of the soldiers in the IDF -they are defending and fighting for the Kingdom of God.

1.  Israel Preparing For Outbreak of Violence After Sept 20th    Israel Today News   Sept 2md     The Israeli army has been busy training local security teams in the Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria (Jewish settlements) for a possible onslaught of violent Palestinian demonstrators.  Israel fears that following the Palestinian Authority's September 20 bid at the United Nations to secure recognition of a sovereign Palestinian state in Judea and Samaria (the so-called "West Bank"), Palestinian mobs will march on any Jews they see as "invaders" in that new state.   In fact, that is precisely what Palestinian leaders are telling the public to do.   "The appeal to the UN is a battle for all Palestinians, and in order to succeed, it needs millions to pour into streets," Palestinian official Yasser Abed Rabbo told the Associated Press following a Palestinian Authority vote endorsing a mass protest march on Israel.
    Rabbo and other Palestinian leaders insist the protests will be peaceful, but Israeli officials noted that more often than not the Palestinians' definition of "peaceful" does not match Israel's.  And even if the intention truly was for a peaceful march, the Israelis say that having tens or hundreds of thousands of Palestinians march on Israeli civilian neighborhoods is a situation that can quickly spiral out of control.   While Jerusalem is certain to be a primary target of such a march, it is pretty heavily barricaded from the north and east, the directions from which the Palestinian protestors would be coming. But the Jewish settlements make much softer targets.   That's why the IDF, which will preoccupied defending the northern neighborhoods of Jerusalem and the portion of the "Green Line" separating the Tel Aviv metropolitan area from the West Bank, is busy preparing the Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria to defend themselves.
   Those preparations include unspecified drills on how to handle various situations, including a large Palestinian mob beseiging the gates of a small Jewish community.  Jewish settler leaders stressed that the training exercises do not constitute the formation of a new Jewish militia, noting that these are pre-existing local security teams, the members of which are, like all Israelis, also members of the IDF reserve forces.   Even with all the preparations, the situation can still devolve into chaos and violence at a moment's notice. If armed Palestinian elements open fire from among the protestors, or a Palestinian mob manages to break into a Jewish community, Israeli security forces will be obliged to use deadly force in defense of local men, women and children.Please pray that the expected violence wont come to pass2. UN Report Finds that Israel's Gaza Blockade is Legal     Israel Today News  Sept 4th    The United Nations on Friday officially approved Israel's maritime blockade of the Gaza Strip as a legal and legitimate measure. The result was the start of a Middle East "cold war" between Israel and former ally Turkey.  For more than a year Turkey has been demanding that Israel publicly apologize for intercepting a so-called "humanitarian aid" flotilla that tried to break the Gaza blockade in May 2010. That operation ended in the deaths of nine Turkish nationals who attacked the Israeli boarding party aboard the flotilla's largest ship, the Mavi Marmara. Turkey insisted that the entire affair had been an act of piracy by Israel, and openly sided with Gaza's Hamas rulers.  But the Palmer Commission report into the incident that was submitted to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon acknowledged that Israel is facing "a real threat to its security from militant groups in Gaza."
    Israel set up a limited blockade of Gaza, including a naval blockade, to ensure that local terrorists do not smuggle advanced weapons into the territory, which they have repeatedly tried to do.  The Palmer Report confirmed that Israel's naval blockade "was imposed as a legitimate security measure...and its implementation complied with the requirements of international law."   The report justified Israel's ongoing refusal to apologize to Turkey over the Mavi Marmara raid further enflaming the Turkish government, which responded by expelling the Israeli ambassador in Ankara.  Turkey also suspended all military agreements with Israel, and threatened to file charges against individual Israeli soldiers who took part in the raid at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
   Meanwhile, a vindicated Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu released a statement that Israel had adopted the Palmer Report and was pleased with its findings, even though it was also critical of Israel. The Palmer Report found fault with Israel for sending so many commandoes to board the Mavi Marmara, and for doing so at such a distance from Gazan waters.  But Israeli officials, who are disputing those particular findings, noted that there were five other ships in the flotilla, and none of them were subjected to violence. The fighting aboard the Mavi Marmara was instigated by terrorist-linked activists, and not the Israeli soldiers, who only resorted to deadly force when several of their number were taken hostage below deck.  "Israel believes that the committee did not sufficiently consider the operational limitations," said Joseph Ciechanover, the Israeli representative to the Palmer Commission.   Not a few people have also pointed out that while Turkey is busy demonizing Israel for defending itself, the Turkish air force has been killing hundreds in northern Iraq in raids on suspected Kurdish militants. Both Ankara and the mainstream media have been silent on that comparison.
Please pray that the international community takes note of the UN report3.  US Has Been Bugging Israeli Officials in Washington       Ha Aretz News  Sept 6th    A security breach which ended over a year ago with the jailing of an Israeli FBI employee has exposed U.S. attempts to spy on Israeli officials, a New York Times report said on Thursday.  According to the report, Shamai K. Leibowitz, a self-described Israeli lawyer and left-wing activist, leaked documents of conversations recorded at the Israeli embassy in Washington to liberal U.S. blogger Richard Silverstein.    The documents, according to the New York Times report, included transcriptions of phone calls made by embassy officials, which were intercepted by the FBI's Operational Technology Division.   One FBI post passed by Leibowitz to Silverstein indicated that the Israeli Embassy in the United States provided “regular written briefings” on Israel’s war with Hamas in Gaza intended for "President Obama in the weeks between his election and inauguration."
  Another document described in the New York Times report describes "calls involving Israeli officials in Jerusalem, Chicago and Washington to discuss the views of members of Congress on Israel."    Yet another document described a call between "an unnamed Jewish activist" in Minnesota and the Israeli Embassy, concerning a meeting between an embassy official with Minnesota Representative Keith Ellison before a planned official trip to Gaza.  Speaking with the New York Times, Richard Silverstein indicated he destroyed the documents he received from the FBI official following Leibowitz's investigation in mid-2009, saying he recalled there were "about 200 pages of verbatim records of telephone calls."   Silverstein added that he saw Leibowitz "as an American patriot and a whistle-blower, and I’d like his actions to be seen in that context,” Mr. Silverstein said
4. US Attempting to Abort Un Declaration of Palestinian State   New York Times   Sept 4th    In a last-ditch effort to abort a Palestinian effort to win UN recognition of their state, the United States has floated a proposal for renewed peace talks with Israel while working to persuade UN members to drop support for the Palestinian statehood campaign.  “We’re still focused on Plan A,” a senior administration official told The New York Times.  The United States has said that it will veto any request for Palestinian statehood at the UN Security Council. However, Washington has not enough support to block a vote by the General Assembly to elevate the status of the Palestinians’ non-voting observer “entity” to that of a non-voting observer state.  The change would pave the way for the Palestinians to join dozens of United Nations bodies and conventions. It could also strengthen the Palestinian ability to pursue cases against Israel at the International Criminal Court.  To abort the Palestinian bid, Washington has circulated a proposal – to be issued in a statement by the Quartet - for renewed peace talks with Israel.   Please pray the the UN vote will be cancelled permanently
5.  Israeli General Expects War      ICEJ  News   Sept 6th    Maj.-Gen. Eyal Eisenberg, chief of the Israeli army's Home Front Command, warned on Monday that thanks to the recent revolutions in surrounding Arab states, Israel could face a multi-front war in the very near future.   While Western leaders, and especially Western media, have portrayed the presumedly pro-democracy revolutions in Egypt, Tunisia, Libya and Syria as a positive development, Israeli officials have been warning that they are quickly being hijacked by radical Islamists.   In Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood looks poised to win the country's first truly democratic election in decades. Reports in recent days are that other Islamist groups are making their moves in post-revolution Tunisia and Libya.
     Far from being optimistic, Gen. Eisenberg told a conference at the Institute for National Security Studies in Tel Aviv that "after the 'Arab Spring,' we assess that a winter of radical Islam will arrive and as a result the possibility for a multi-front war has increased including the potential use of weapons of mass destruction."  Government officials in Jerusalem blasted Eisenberg in the local media for "exposing classified materials" and "stirring up tensions in the region."   But Eisenberg was not alone in sharing his concerns over what the coming months could hold for the Middle East.   Speaking at a news conference in Brussels on Monday, European Union counter-terrorism chief Gilles de Kerchove cautioned that the Arab revolutions could lead to a power vacuum that terrorist groups will seek to fill.   "Democracy does not happen overnight," said de Kerchove. "Let's hope [the revolutions] do not lead to some disappointment in which Al Qaeda ... might be attractive once again."      Please pray that this expected  war does not eventuate
6.  Israel Security Forces Foil Multiple Terrorist Attacks in Jerusalem       Ha Aretz News   Spet 7yh     The Israeli Shin Bet security service foiled a suicide terrorist attack last month in Jerusalem, it emerged Wednesday. An explosive belt was seized only 24 hours before the planned attack, after it was already smuggled into Jerusalem.   The interception of the planned attack was part of a large-scale operation by the Shin Bet, the IDF and the police against the Hamas military infrastructure in the West Bank and Jerusalem. During the operation, dozens of Hamas militants – operating in alleged 13 separate cells – were arrested.  The main cell charged with carrying out the attack was based in Hebron. The cell was in touch with the Hamas headquarters in Syria, and the date of the attack was set for August 21. The planned attack involved a fire extinguisher which contained six kilograms of explosives. The device was supposed to be carried by a suicide bomber in a bus or a mall in the Pisgat Ze'ev neighbourhood in Jerusalem.  The same cell was responsible for the March 23 attack in the central bus station in Jerusalem, where Mary Jean Gardner, a British tourist, was killed, and 47 other people were injured.
   The Shin Bet has recently noted significant attempts to restore Hamas' military infrastructure in the West Bank and execute terrorist attacks. The main goal, according to estimates, is kidnapping a soldier in order to negotiate the release of Palestinian prisoners.  Another terrorist cell exposed by the Shin Bet was operated from within Ketziot prison. The group included about twenty militants, whose prime objective was to kidnap an IDF soldier for bargaining purposes.  Yet another cell that has been arrested recently operated from Hebron under directions from Hamas leadership in Gaza. The cell's objective was also to kidnap an IDF soldier, smuggle him into the Sinai and then back through the tunnels to the Gaza Strip. The head of the cell, Ahmad Madhoun, aged 44 from Hebron, received 10,000 dollars on a visit to Saudi Arabia to purchase weapons for the operation. Please pray that all planned terror attacks are revealed and prevented7. Construction in Jude & Samaria Up by 660%    Ha Aretz News   Sept 4thWith the end of the building freeze, construction has started up in Judea and Samaria (Yesha) communities. The Central Bureau of Statistics reports building jumped 660% in Judea and Samaria during the first half of 2011, as compared to a year before. While the statistics are breathtaking, the actual numbers on the ground are less impressive: Construction started on 546 new homes in Yesha communities during that period. Still, it was a sharp improvement over the number of housing starts in the first half of 2010, when only 72 housing starts were announced. Officials of the Yesha Council said they were pleased with the increase, but that clearly many more new homes were needed.Please pray that Jewish settlements in the West Bank continue

David's Comment: Preparing For a Major Battle on September 20th2 Corinthians 10:4-5    For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God,  (NKJ)
On September 20th the UN is planning to concede to Palestinian Authority demands to unilaterally declare a Palestinian State that must be situated in the area called the West Bank or the Occupied Territories, both of which are illegitimate terms. The real name for this land is Judea and Samaria.  These are Hebrew names, given by God, that have been in existence from more than 3200 years. 

Everything about the UN intention to declare a Palestinian State on Israel's land is illegal and immoral.

Both Biblically & according to International Law the creation of this state that has never existed before is illegal. In the Bible, God clearly gives the land to Abraham & his seed, (Gen 15:18  - Psalm 15:6 - 11)   The land the so called Palestinian people want to take used to be called   "The Promised Land"  - because in these verses, and many others, God clearly promised the disputed territory to Abraham, Isaac & Jacob as an everlasting covenant promise.
In 1920 - 22 in San Remo, Italy, the League of Nations granted the all of the land west of the Jordan River to be a homeland for the Jews.   This became known as the San Remo Mandate.   Fifty-one member countries – the entire League of Nations – unanimously declared on July 24, 1922:    “Whereas recognition has been given to the historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine and to the grounds for reconstituting their national home in that country.”  “The Mandatory shall be responsible for placing the country [ Palestine] under such political, administrative and economic conditions as will secure the establishment of the Jewish National Home, as laid down in the preamble, and the development of self-governing institutions, and also for safeguarding the civil and religious rights of all the inhabitants of Palestine, irrespective of race and religion.”

“The Administration of Palestine, while ensuring that the rights and position of other sections of the population are not prejudiced, shall facilitate Jewish immigration under suitable conditions and shall encourage, in co-operation with the Jewish agency referred to in Article 4, close settlement by Jews on the land, including State lands and waste lands not required for public purposes.”    “The consent of the Council of the League of Nations is required for any modification of the terms of this mandate.”   The San Remo Mandate has never been revoked, or even modified,  by the League of Nations, or its successor, the United Nations.  The San Remo mandate has been described as " Israel's Magna Carta."

What is it really all about.  On the surface it seems to be a family feud between the Arabs & the Jews over the ownership of the land.  However in reality, this is the build up to Satan's final attempt to destroy the Jewish people in a desparate bid to stop the second coming of Yeshua to re-establish the Kingdom of God on the Earth. In 2 Chronicles 7:16  the God of Israel declares that His Name shall be there on the Temple Mount forever.  In Isaiah 14:12, Lucifer openly declares, in rebellion against God, that he will exalt his throne above the Throne of God in Heaven, and that he will also sit on the 'mountain of the congregation.'   That must be the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.  That is what the 3500 year Arab/Israeli conflict is all about.

Now it is coming to a head. The Palestinian Authority & the Muslim world is using Middle East oil power and fear of violence to manipulate the UN into illegally giving Israel's God given land inheritance to a people with no Biblical or legal right to it.  Why should Christians get involved ?  Because we all have
a vested interest in what happens to Israel.  The 2nd  coming of Christ can only occur when all of Jerusalem is under Jewish control (Matt 23:39), nd all Born Again Christians have been grafted into the Olive Tree (Israel) and have an equal share in all of the promises of Abraham, including the Land.

1.  PA Leader Abbas Says NO to Israel as a Jewish State    Israel Today News   Aug 28th   Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas on Saturday delivered a fiery speech to Islamic clerics in Ramallah during which he warned the international community not to demand that he recognize Israel as the "Jewish state."    The international community "cannot force us to recognize the nature of the Israeli state," declared Abbas. "Do not force us to recognize a Jewish state. We will not accept it."   One of Israel's chief demands since the peace process started in 1993 has been that the Palestinians recognize Israel's right to exist as the national homeland of the Jewish people. Most Israelis would argue that only by doing so can they feel confident that the Arabs have relinquished their quest to destroy Israel.  Abbas also stated once again that he will not accept absorbing millions of so-called "Palestinian refugees" into a new Palestinian state. Despite being labeled a "moderate," Abbas has been a champion of the hard-line position that Israel must open its borders to these millions of Arabs, thus demographically destroying the Jewish state.
   Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said Abbas' defiant speech is just further proof of the true nature of the Palestinian statehood bid scheduled for the UN in September.   "Countries around the world must make it clear to Abbas that the only way the Palestinians will be able to have a state is by stopping their attempt to destroy the only Jewish state in the world," Lieberman told reporters.   Israel has been trying to rally nations who are committed to the bilateral Middle East peace process to vote against the unilateral statehood motion. But many have surprisingly signaled that they will vote with the Palestinian Authority, or at best abstain.  The statehood motion is expected to be vetoed by the United States in the Security Council, but will likely pass by a wide margin in a non-binding General Assembly vote.   Please pray that the vote will be a last minute failure
2. Terror Attack In Tel Aviv Injures 7    Ha Aretz News   Aug 29th     Eight people were wounded in south Tel Aviv early Monday when a Palestinian man from the West Bank city of Nablus ran over policemen with a stolen taxi, exited the vehicle and stabbed additional people. The perpetrator was also lightly wounded as police struggled to arrest him.  Tel Aviv District Commander Aharon Eksol said the attack was "definitely an act of terror".   The attack took place shortly after 1:30 A.M. outside the Haoman 17 club on the corner of Salame and Abarbanel streets in south Tel Aviv. At the time of the attack more than 2,000 people were partying at a major event inside the nightclub. Israel Border Police had been deployed on high alert to secure the event.  Please pray for the healing if those injured in this attack3. Israelis Remember Gilad Shalit's Birthday  Ha Aretz News   Aug 29th    Dozens of Israelis took part in a demonstration outside the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday, to mark the birthday of Israel Defense Forces soldier Gilad Shalit, who is being held captive by Hamas for the past five years.  Gilad Shalit, who was captured on June 25, 2006 during a cross-border raid by militants from the Gaza Strip, turned 25 on Sunday. Negotiations for his release as part of prisoner swap between Israel and the Palestinian movement have dragged on.    The demonstrators chanted "save Gilad" and carried large signs that read: "Netanyahu - you have no mandate to kill a soldier" as cabinet ministers arrived for their weekly meeting at Netanyahu's office in Jerusalem.  Shalit's mother, Aviva, held up a sign proclaiming "Netanyahu - a birthday present for Gilad - his life back
    Hamas is demanding that Israel free 1,000 Palestinians held in its jails in return for Shalit.  Negotiations however are floundering over the release of several older Palestinian militants serving long sentences, who Israel says are behind some of the worst attacks carried out against it.  Israel also refuses to allow other prisoners considered still dangerous to be released to their West Bank homes, from where they could have easy access to Israeli population centers.  Netanyahu said in June that Israel had accepted a German-mediated proposal for a prisoner swap with Hamas, but received no reply from the organization. Days later, Hamas said the two sides had reached a "joint understanding" but that Netanyahu had backed out.  The movement also said it would no longer work with the German official trying to mediate a deal since he was "not a fair negotiator" and had "adopted Netanyahu's stance."  Since Shalit's capture, the only signs of life have been three letters, an audio tape released a year after he was taken, and a brief video broadcast on October 2, 2009.  Please pray that the Lord will miraculously bring about the release of Gilad - well & unharmed
4. Weapons From the 'Arab Spring' Smuggled to Gaza  ICEJ News  Aug 30t    The results of the Arab Spring are slowly reaching the surface, and the chaotic situation in both Libya and the Egyptian Sinai Peninsula are just two examples. Due to the current turmoil large quantities of weapons have in recent  months been smuggled from Libya to Sinai, and on to the Gaza Strip. Israeli authorities have detected an increase of the Russian produced SA-7 heat seeking anti-aircraft missile along with rocked propelled grenades and other weapons. According to an Israeli official "thousands" of weapons have reached the Gaza Strip through Sinai since the beginning of the Arab Spring. Some two weeks ago Egyptian authorities deployed close to thousand soldiers to the lawless area, in an effort to reinstate order to the Sinai Peninsula.Please pray that this supply of weapons will be cut off very quickly5. Israel Bolsters Navy Presence in Red Sea   Israel Today News  Aug 31st    Israel confirmed on Tuesday that it has deployed an additional two warships to the Red Sea to boost patrols along Israel's maritime border with Egypt.  The decision was made following the publication of intelligence reports that suggested an ongoing terrorist threat emanating from the Egyptian Sinai.  IDF Chief of General Staff Lt.-Gen. Benny Gantz issued a warning to terrorist organizations Tuesday not to test the strength of the IDF, saying that all attacks against Israel would be answered with a harsh response.
   Israel has since bolstered all of its forces in and around the Red Sea resort town of Eilat anticipating a sequel to the deadly three-pronged terrorist assault on southern Israel earlier this month.  In that attack, Palestinian terrorists from Gaza used the Sinai to infiltrate deep into southern Israel, attacking private cars and public buses just miles north of Eilat.  The Israeli naval redeployment may also be a response to Iran's decision to dispatch its 15th Fleet to the Red Sea. The Iranian government said it was sending the warships to the area to "convey a message of peace and friendship to all countries."Please pray that peace will be maintained in the Sinai & Red Sea
6.  IDF Will Defend Soldiers Involved in Gaza Blockade Incident     Jerusalem Post  Sept 2nd    The IDF plans to take legal precautions to protect commandos from the navy’s Flotilla 13 and other senior officers from criminal lawsuits that could be filed against them following the publication of the Palmer Report.  While the report justified Israel’s decision to impose a sea blockade on the Gaza Strip, it harshly criticized the navy’s operation to stop the Gaza-bound flotilla, saying “the loss of life and injuries resulting from the use of force by Israeli forces during the takeover of the Mavi Marmara was unacceptable.”   Please pray that there will be no action taken against the IDF personnel
7.  Israeli Soldiers Save Palestinian Women & Babies From Hamas Rockets    Ha Aretz News  Aug 29th    As Palestinian rockets and mortar shells continued to be fired at southern Israel over the weekend - despite reports of an internationally-brokered ceasefire - Israeli soldiers found themselves not only needing to protect their own, but Palestinian civilians as well.  Late Thursday night, Gaza-based terrorists opened up a fresh mortar attack on the Erez Crossing border terminal between Gaza and southern Israel. Three Palestinian women and two infants were passing through the terminal as the shells began to fall. They had been in southern Israel for medical treatment at an Israeli hospital.  The attack caused a power outage that meant the electronic gates at the terminal could not open. This after two of the women had already passed through, but leaving one woman and her baby trapped between two gates.  Israeli soldiers stationed at the crossing acted quickly to free the trapped woman and her child before more shells hit the building. All three women and their infants were then rushed to an adjacent bomb shelter, where they were provided with a meal for the end of their daily Ramadan fast.   The entire incident belies the typical portrayal of Israel and its soldiers as bloodthirsty and desirous of nothing more than to see Palestinian Arabs suffer.   Please pray that the secular media would publish stories like this
